Training material is downloadable so you can follow the courses.

As you will see it is logical, once you know how to promote and market a property located in your area... then things will be much easier to understand.

Agreements have been drafted to help you, your broker, your clients and make sure that everyone understands how they will get paid, when, and only when the property sells, and when the Promoting agent procures a buyer or procures an agent with a buyer by his promotional marketing activities.

Once you have viewed the videos you can request a private teleconference time with Audree or one for your office (Office Program only).

Enter your profile on the www.castlesandestates.com web site

Use the PDF file that was e mailed with your "Congratulation" e mail . Just follow the instructions.

Make sure you verify your information, upload your picture. ( This is very important as you will see your name will only appear alphabetically if your picture is uploaded, other wise it stays at the end of the roster...)

Enter your listings...

You can do that on the day one when your registration has been accepted... so don't wait start NOW!

If you want to use other agent's listings as LEVERAGE, visit the pages " Prestige Collection" and read through the instructions.

We also talk about the LEVERAGE listings on our teleconferences. Remember that if you    want the world to know that you are now an International Real estate Specialist, you need to promote yourself that way.

Change your e mail signature, add I.R.E.S.

Review your personal web site, your business cards, add the certification to your profile.

Canadian agents; Remember that we  have a special logo for you. 

European agents; We have now a French translation of the training. Soon it will also be on video.

Most of our Agents are Executive Certified Members, if you did not opt for this qualification, but wish to upgrade please contact us at admin@iresagent.com and we will send you an upgrade registration form.

The Executive Member benefits from all of our tools and enjoys more personal attention and can enter as many listings they want on the www.castlesandestates.com site, they have a different logo, attend more teleconferences, have e mail hot line support and participate in the Prestige Collection leverage exchange.
