If You are an I.R.E.S. Agent, you will need to provide the Broker's Authorization Agreement signed by your broker and by you.This agreement is available on the save-file account and is mandatory to place a Prestige Collection Listing.

When you became a member of the I.R.E.S.  Certification program you pledged to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and we request that each I.R.E.S. member reads the Prestige Collection Agreement as shown on the "Prestige Collection" page.
